Be the one
AI cannot replace.
We teach the judgment AI doesn't have — and the architecture AI can't build alone.
The Divide · Where AI tools end and AI thinking begins
84% of developers use AI. Less than 10% know how to think with it.1
AI doesn't separate engineers anymore — it amplifies the gap between them. The question isn't “do you use AI?” The question is how?
Reasonly trains the directors.
184%: Stack Overflow 2025 Developer Survey, 89,000+ respondents. The “less than 10%” figure is a directional estimate based on hiring data showing AI-architect job postings (+985%, LinkedIn 2024) vs. total developer count.
What we believe · Three principles
Reasonly stands on three convictions.
Each is a deliberate choice — and each defines how we differ from every other engineering school.
The Reasonly Criterion · What we will not teach
If a profession can be replaced by AI in five years — we don't teach it. If a profession is amplified by AI — we build a track for it.
This is the principle behind every program we launch. We don't have a “Learn to Code in 3 Months” course. We never will. Below — what makes the cut, and what doesn't.
What we teach
- ✓Data Architecture
- ✓AI/ML Engineering
- ✓Backend Engineering
- ✓Frontend Engineering
- ✓Security Architecture
- ✓DevOps & SRE
What we don't
- ✗Manual QA testing
- ✗Junior frontend boilerplate
- ✗Basic data entry
- ✗Tier-1 tech support
- ✗Generic copywriting
- ✗"Learn to code in 3 months"

What people say · From our network
The people who've worked with us over the years.
Reasonly is new. Our team isn't. Below are testimonials from people who've worked with our founders and instructors in their previous projects, books, and roles. First-cohort student testimonials coming soon.
“[Add a testimonial here — quote from someone who's worked with you or Dmitry. Should be specific, ideally mention a tangible outcome or skill, not vague praise.]
“[Second testimonial. Best if it's from a different angle — different person, different domain, different type of outcome. Aim for variety.]
“[Third testimonial. Consider this slot for a testimonial about Dmitry specifically — connects to the Data Architects track and the upcoming cohort.]
“[Fourth slot. If you have a testimonial that mentions specific results — money saved, time saved, hire made, system shipped — this is the place.]
“[Fifth slot. Consider an industry leader or someone with a recognizable role — their name and title alone add credibility.]
“[Sixth slot. A more personal or unexpected angle works well here — something that humanizes the founders or shows a different facet.]
These are placeholder slots — replace with real testimonials from your network.
Why I built this · A note from the founder
I was tired of pretending.
Half the industry pretends AI changes nothing. The other half says everything is doomed. Both are lying.
The profession is splitting. Half is dying. Half is exploding. Most engineers don't know which side they're on — and most courses are training them for the dying side.
So I'm building the school I wished existed. One that trains the second kind.
Reasonly is for engineers who · recognize themselves below
This is not for everyone.
And we say that on purpose.
We accept ~30% of applications to our cohorts. We'd rather have 15 right engineers than 50 wrong ones. Find out which side of this list you fall on.
This is for you if
- ✓You have 5+ years building real systems in production
- ✓You've felt the ground shift — and you take it seriously
- ✓You've used Claude, Cursor, or Copilot — and felt the shift
- ✓You're tired of pretending everything is fine
- ✓You're ready to stop being replaceable
Not for you if
- ✗You want to "get into tech" in three months
- ✗You want a sticker certificate for LinkedIn
- ✗You don't believe AI is reshaping the industry
- ✗You want to keep coding by hand forever
- ✗You want guarantees, not transformation
