- →8+ years in a relevant production role (10+ preferred)
- →Senior architectural thinking — you make tradeoffs, not just implement
- →At least one public signal of credibility: talks, articles, open-source, or a track record others can verify
- →Clear communication — you can explain complex systems to practitioners who already know the basics
- →Brand fit: direct, honest, no hype
- →Existing audience of 500–2 000+ is a signal, not a requirement
