Scheduled at your pace through the 6 weeks. Use them however you need:
- Session 1 — Career strategy session. Your situation, your goal, your timeline. Dmitry maps the specific path — internal promotion, external move, founding role, IC-to-manager transition. You leave with a written plan.
- Session 2 — Technical/architecture review. Bring your real work — a current project, a decision you’re stuck on, a system you’re designing. Dmitry reviews it as a senior peer would. No cohort eyes on it.
- Session 3 — Pre-launch session. Mock interview, mock promotion conversation, or final review of whatever move you’re about to make. The last calibration before you go.

Submit your real work — code, architecture docs, design decisions. Dmitry writes a structured written review (~1,500 words): what's working, what isn't, specific changes, market positioning. You can use this for interviews, internal reviews, or your own clarity.

Because real 1:1 time can't scale. Dmitry runs a full job. He can give three deep sessions to five engineers per cohort. Beyond that, the quality drops and we'd be lying about what we deliver.

- Attend at least 80% of live sessions (or watch recordings within 72 hours).
- Submit both graded assignments by the stated deadlines.

We don't offer no-questions-asked refunds. The challenge exists to put skin in the game — yours and ours. If you do the work and it doesn't move the needle, we take responsibility. If you don't do the work, we don't.
